Last-minute buyers urged to “plant roots” by south-west Sydney developers

October 15, 2026

A major developer is urging last-ditch buyers to take the plunge and “plant roots” in a masterplanned southwest Sydney community as the final cluster of ready-made homes go on sale.

Seven $1.2 million homes make up the last segment of properties up for sale as part of the 800-block, 62.3 hectare Evergreen community development in Spring Farm.

The single-storey homes feature stainless-steel appliances, LED downlights and landscaping, foam insulation, double-glazed window frames and galvanised steel frames, and a minimum 8-star NatHERS energy rating.

AVID Property Group NSW General Manager Danny Boubli said the homes would “well exceed national energy standings” and “stand the test of time”.

“Evergreen is perfectly positioned in the southwest growth corridor, offering residents a front-row seat to the region’s infrastructure growth, including the soon-to-be completed Western Sydney Airport and road and rail upgrades,” Mr Boubli said.

The Evergreen community is located between a number of major southwest Sydney community hubs, including Campbelltown, Camden and Narellan Vale.

“When moving into a new development, particularly a high-growth area, there is typically a waiting period for nearby amenities, but as part of an already established neighbourhood, Evergreen residents can take advantage of robust infrastructure,” he said.

Mr Boubli said residents would also have unique access to “transport links and amenities,” as well as “schools, shops, a food precinct and abundant green space” from the day they move in.

The homes will come with ready-made features, including stainless-steel cooking appliances.

The development is nestled in-between Elderslie and Narellan Vale, just south of the Camden Bypass, which provides easy access to the Camden and Campbelltown city centres, as well as the Northern Road, which will service the newly-built Western Sydney Airport.

The turnkey homes are the last completed houses to be sold as part of the Evergreen community, with all future releases to be land-only.

The homes are listed from $1.2 million, and land sales are listed from $700,000. Once completed, Evergreen is expected to house more than 2,400 residents.
